Wake Up - Measure - Done!
Lady-Comp is very easy to use. When you receive your device, the computer is already pre-programmed to display the time, date and year. All you have to do before you begin is set the time you want the alarm to go off in the morning.
1
Take your temperature (BBT) every morning immediately after you wake up - while still lying down and relaxing - by placing the thermometer sensor under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds. The fertility computer needs this so-called wake-up or basal body temperature for its calculations.

In the beginning, you should take your wake-up temperature as regularly as possible because the more information the computer collects, the easier it is to narrow down the number of fertile (red) days. The computer is safe from the first measurement on. The more data you give the computer the more the computer knows about you.
